Nordea Women’s Finance Insight Programme, LC&I

Our offer

The programme consists of 5-7 sessions each of 2.5-3 hours length in late afternoons. The sessions take place during spring and will be conducted at the respective Nordea offices with in-person workshops and/or over Teams.

• You will enhance your skills in finance and meet professionals from our Markets and Investment Banking & Equities divisions 
   
• You will learn how these divisions interlink and how we integrate ESG into our work
   
• You will participate in case cracking and valuation workshops with our experienced teams
   
• You will expand your professional network and also get to meet professionals from the teams responsible for recruiting

For the final session, we will host a closing dinner together with the various representatives you have met during the programme. You will also receive a certificate when completing the programme.

Interested in joining?

The application period to join the programme in 2026 will open 13^th November 2025 for Denmark, Norway and Sweden and in February 2026 for Finland.
